    We clarify where you stand, what you want to achieve, and whether AI is even the right tool for it right now. Non-binding and without sales pressure.

    Result: An honest assessment of whether an analysis is worth it for you.

    Opportunity analysis

    Duration: 1–3 weeks

    We look at your workflows in detail — on site or remotely —, talk to the people doing the work, and rate every use case by benefit, effort, and risk.

    Result: A prioritised list of concrete AI opportunities.

  3. 03

    Roadmap & concept

    Duration: 1–2 weeks

    The analysis becomes a plan: which pilot project first, which tools, which costs, which compliance requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act). Understandable for management and team.

    Result: An implementation plan with effort, costs, and measurable goals.

  4. 04

    Implementation

    Duration: 2–8 weeks per project

    We build the solution, integrate it into your systems, and test with real data. Iteratively, with regular check-ins — no months of radio silence.

    Result: A running system, documentation, and a trained team.

  5. 05

    Operations & optimisation

    Duration: ongoing, optional

    If you wish, we stay on board: monitoring, adjustments, new use cases. Or your team takes over completely — everything we build belongs to you.

    Result: A system that gets better instead of getting old.
