// FAQ

Common questions, honest answers.

What companies ask us most often — before working with us.

Which companies is this useful for?

For small and medium-sized businesses with recurring workflows — whether trade, retail, law firm, manufacturing, or services. If your team regularly spends time on emails, documents, quotes, or data entry, there is almost always potential.

What does it cost?

The initial consultation is free. After that, we work with clear offers: the opportunity analysis has a fixed price, quoted after a short scoping; implementation projects are offered by effort with a transparent estimate. No hidden costs, no subscription traps.

How quickly will we see results?

The opportunity analysis takes 1–3 weeks depending on company size. Quick wins from the analysis are often live within a few weeks. We deliberately prioritise so that visible results come early.

Do our data have to go to the cloud?

Not necessarily. Depending on data sensitivity, we choose suitable options: EU-hosted services, providers with data processing agreements, or locally operated models. Data protection is part of our tool selection, not an afterthought.

What about the EU AI Act?

We assess every use case for its risk class and build the requirements in from the start. The AI Act also requires sufficient AI literacy in your company — exactly what our training covers.

Which tools do you work with?

Whatever fits the use case: workflow automation (e.g. n8n, Make), AI models via APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral), or locally operated models. We are not tied to any vendor and build so you can switch later.

Will AI replace our employees?

Our goal is to automate routine — not to replace people. In practice this means: less copy-paste, less retyping, more time for the work your team is actually there for. That is why we involve the team from day one.

What if AI doesn’t (yet) make sense for us?

Then we say so. An analysis that always says “yes” is not an analysis. If the benefit doesn’t justify the cost, the project ends with an honest recommendation — and you still know where you stand.

What happens after implementation?

You receive documentation, access, and training — the system belongs to you. If you wish, we take over operations, monitoring, and continuous optimisation, or develop further use cases with you.

Do you only work in Styria?

Our base is Styria, but we work all over Austria — remotely or on site. Projects in the wider DACH region are also possible.
